What Amenities does Spera Newton include?

On the ground floors of buildings 1 & 2, are indoor amenity spaces that are adjacent to the north and south sides of a central courtyard. Each feature multi-purpose, games, and fitness rooms.

Both Spera Surrey buildings also have rooftop amenity spaces that each include a community garden, seating areas, and artificial turf.

Enclosed by both structures, a large central courtyard offers a children’s play space, a turf lawn with a putting green, table tennis, an outdoor fitness area, and a firepit lounge.
