The design, by Vancouver-based Integra Architecture, features 13 low-rise buildings constructed with Nexii panels, a green construction innovation known for its earthquake resilience, energy efficiency, fire resistance, and water resistance. The floorplans offer 2- to 4-bedroom layouts with 9′ ceilings, custom storage spaces, and a built-in entertainment centre. Interiors are finished with a choice of hardwood, laminate, and carpet flooring; a Fisher & Paykel appliance package; and quartz countertops & backsplash. Vehicle parking is accommodated in a 2-level underground parkade.

Moonlight Sonata Burnaby offers several amenities including a community plaza, a children’s play area, and a 2-storey amenity building.
