A development application has been submitted to turn 3338 Sawmill Crescent — Parcel 13 of the company’s River District neighborhood at the southeast corner of the city (South Vancouver), on the East Fraserlands along the Fraser River — into a new residential complex with 337 homes.
This includes a 253-ft-tall, 26-story tower with 220 market ownership units, including 72 studio units, 48 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom units, and 50 three-bedroom units.
Immediately adjacent to the tower is a six-story, mid-rise building with 117 rental units, with the unit mix entailing 52 studio units, 42 one-bedroom units, three two-bedroom units, 11 three-bedroom units, and nine townhouse units.
